A Life That Matters
Finding Meaning — and Setting Intentions for 2027 — in the Beautiful, Messy Season of Motherhood
When did you last sit still long enough to ask yourself who you're becoming — not as "just a mom," but as the woman God is shaping through this season?
A Life That Matters is a full-day retreat-style workshop for moms who are tired, full-hearted, and hungry for something deeper than the daily grind. Grounded in Arthur Brooks' newest book, The Meaning of Your Life: Finding Purpose in an Age of Emptiness, and held in a spirit of faith and sisterhood, this workshop will help you step back from the noise, remember that your ordinary, everyday life already matters, and set clear, prayerful intentions to carry with you into 2027.
What This Day Will Give You
- A story that makes sense again — Space to look back on where you've come from and see this season of motherhood not as an interruption, but as a real, meaningful chapter of your life.
- Clarity on where you're headed — A simple, honest compass for what matters most to you, the woman you want to become, and one small next step you can take this month.
- Proof that you already matter — A chance to see, clearly, the quiet ripple your love, patience, and presence leaves on your children, your husband, and everyone around you.
- Freedom from the noise — An honest look at what's stealing your attention, and simple ways to protect the moments that actually restore you.
- Deeper, not just busier, relationships — Guided reflection on moving your marriage, friendships, and family from merely functioning to truly connected.
- A renewed sense of calling — Whether you work at home, part-time, or full-time, a fresh answer to "who is better off because I show up and do this?"
You'll leave with your own Meaning Statement — written in your own hand, sealed in an envelope, and given back to you as a keepsake to hold onto through 2027.
