Meet Your Speaker: Charm Guce

Charm is the founder of PillarWorkx Consultancy and a seasoned speaker, trainer, and curriculum designer with deep roots in education, developmental psychology, and virtue formation. She has trained hundreds of parents, teachers, and youth through programs that integrate faith-based principles, character development, and practical tools. Her engaging and down-to-earth style makes difficult topics accessible, and her passion for helping families grow in truth and love shines through every session.

Charm is married to Ven, and together they have five children.
